Till now First Security Islami Bank Limited have 1500+ employee. So we have to need making 1500 employee database in their software 'Orbits'.
We set 10 system with networking for this we use one 12 port switch. And we are 10 Data entry or file processing expert working 8 hours in working day. One expert complete 13 file in a day.
Operations: At first put employee ID from file to software then put Full name, Birth day according to Secondary School certificate. Joining Date that is provided by employee to Bank. Spouse Name if employee married. Present position Information according to bank, Compensation, dependent if employee mention with Nomination, Total Academic qualification, Training and Experience.
Also we put posting information from joining to present with Services confirmation Order by bank, Yearly Increment, New pay Scale, Promotion and any other information if employee have.
